You should also build a rock solid team. Team is an important asset for a new business. You should find co-founder who have a unified vision and having an extreme passion for the product or the service you are building. Co-founders need to share and be very clear about the initial to move forward. Build a team with varying skills set, with competencies in different fields. Don’t go for similar people or people having the same background. Do you have people with leadership competencies ?
